Casey Homes will obtain permits from the authority having jurisdiction and make sure all subcontractors also have all necessary licenses and permits. Additionally, Casey Homes will verify that all required plans and engineering are completed to comply with lender and governmental requirements.

Casey Homes uses an integrated management process to assist our clients throughout construction. Our management team all work with our customers, from the selection of windows to the design of final finishes. Our staff will make itself availible to our clients not only as management for construction operations but also as a resource to a vast array of vendors and suppliers for products and services throughout the home.

4. Do you employ your own construction crew? What subcontractors will you be working with?

Casey Homes employs subcontractors who have been vetted for quality and have worked with our firm for many years. We are not a "low bid gets it" company. Instead we rely on people and companies who are part of the "team". Our subcontractors bring quality craftsmanship, experience and a commitment to our customers project. Since we use many of the same people over and again on our projects, our contractors are accustomed to working with and looking out for each other and their work. This fact, by itself, is a vital element in the overall quality and smoothness of operation that is the signature of a Casey Homes project. 5. What experience do you have building homes of my size?

Casey Homes has been building homes on the North Shore of Lake Travis and the surrounding area for 15 years. In that time, we have built many quality homes in the surrounding area. These projects range from 1800 square feet to over 10,000 square feet. We are truly a custom home builder, in that we build to our customers expectations. Our overriding concern is always to deliver the highest quality house to our customers, realizing that regardless of how big the house is, it is everything to our clients, it is their HOME!
